Description
Two women lean forward over a counter, minutely examining a jewel encrusted brooch held up by the nearer of the two. A third woman has been sketched in at lower right foreground. Her right elbow rests on the counter with both hands clasped in front of her but this figure is unfinished. Part of the Burrell Collection.
